 Visalia Harley's Service department is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art Harley-Davidson service facility. We have highly skilled, trained technicians, who understand that they are working on your baby, and take a personal interest in doing the job right the first time. Justin, Luvern, Johnny, and Herb provide outstanding factory trained service for your bike. All of our technicians have access to the most state of the art equipment including computers at every workstation for fast, accurate troubleshooting, the newest tire machines, all of the necessary (and some unnecessary) specialty tools, ultrasonic parts washer, clean, open, and well lit workspaces, and chassis dynomometer for tuning and drivability troubleshooting. We take pride in our service shop, we spare no expense to make sure we have what's required to do the job right. | Our Service Team is: Howard (Service Manager), Johnny, Luvern, Justin, Jimmy and Stan. Between all of our technicians, we have completed, or are currently enrolled for more then 80% of the factory-training courses offered by Harley-Davidson, with 2 technicians currently holding Harley's highest technical rating, a Master of Service Technology with 2 more set to gain that status within the next 6 months. We take great pride in our technicians, and they take great pride in their work. Should you be interested to speak with one of our technicians regarding a problem or project on your bike, they are available (as time permits) to talk with you. |

We have GROWN!!
We have expanded our shop area over 9000 square feet, in order to provide indoor storage for both new motorcycles, as well as the ability to keep customer bikes inside instead of out in the weather. We have installed our DynoJet 250i Dynomometer in it's sound-proof room, and are waiting for some final duct-work and we will be able to make some passes. This dyno is state of the art, totally motorized, and will provide improved tuning performance over our previous early generation dyno.
